The company has a registered capital of 200 million yuan and a total investment of 1 billion yuan. The company's core team is composed of more than 20 long-term staff working in the front-line positions of Xi'an Satellite Measurement and Control Center, professional personnel with experience in the planning and construction of measurement and control systems, and large-scale constellation measurement and operation control management. , Satellite health diagnosis and other aspects have significant technical advantages.
It independently develops a civil and commercial satellite constellation management system that has the same functions as the National Measurement and Control Center and is fully compatible with technical standards. It has mission control planning, automatic resource scheduling, precise orbit determination, constellation configuration maintenance, and satellite health diagnosis.
Build a 30,000-square-meter national commercial satellite measurement, operation and control management center in Xi'an; build the largest domestic U/V/S/X/Ka frequency band measurement and control equipment in key global regions such as Xinjiang, Northeast and Hainan, and the Arctic and South Pacific. Build a multi-band aerospace measurement and control data transmission network with high degree of automation and wide coverage, with an overall measurement and control capability of 500 satellites and 10 satellite constellations.
