承保卫星在轨工作期间，风险移交给卫星用户后，卫星出现异常，发生全损、推定全损或部分损失，使其不能满足预期工作要求和工作寿命而引起的损失的保险。

During the in-orbit operation of the satellite, the risk is transferred to the satellite users, insurance covering satellite’ losses when it is abnormal and can’t meet the expected.
